JOB SUMMARY
Civilian position responsible for providing administrative support, implementation, and evaluation of resources related to the overall well-being of Agency members and their families. This support will occur through two distinct areas of support, The Family Support Network (FSN) and Chaplain Unit. The incumbent will provide support for the quality control program management measures to support the Family Support Network, Chaplain Unit, and the Community & Agency Resiliency Division. The incumbent will assist the division in the planning and implementation of effective support and program execution. This position will also assist in the daily support of the division through secretarial duties, preparation of presentations and documents, scheduling of meetings, and creation/maintenance of accurate records, files, reports, and other written and statistical data. Requirements
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/LICENSES
High School Diploma or GED Equivalency and a minimum of 2 years community engagement experience required. A minimum of 2 years support and administrative experience is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Must maintain a valid Florida driver license at all times. Unescorted CJIS clearance as authorized by FDLE is required. Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills is required.
