Description
Under the direction of the Deputy Executive Director of Administration, the Administrative Assistant performs administrative, operations, and secretarial duties and tasks specific to the position. The position is subject to confidential information.

Essential Functions
- Assists the Deputy Executive Director of Administration with task execution for FSA programs, ensuring effective communication, prioritization, and organizational follow through.
- Schedules meetings with internal and external teams, interested partners and stakeholders.
- Assists with the development of presentations, briefs, manuals, and communication to staff.
- Maintains accurate records and files for support of documentation and information retrieval.
- Assists with FSA’s Grant programs.
- Provides administrative support to the Florida Sheriffs Training Institute.
- Develops microlearning videos for staff training.
- Supports workgroups as assigned.
- Assists with the development of online forms and processes that enhance administrative efficiency.
- Assists with management of administrative directives.
- Assists with seasonal mail distribution.
- Assists with the preparation and delivery of bank deposits.
- Provides backup front desk and phone coverage.
- Assists with FSA events.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Salary and Employee Benefits
- Salary range 39k - 64k. Negotiable based on experience.

Requirements
Education, Professional Certification, or License
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Microsoft certifications.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of three years of administrative, secretary, or closely related field.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience using Microsoft 365 products and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to conduct research, analysis, and create presentations.
