Requirements

Education and Experience:
A Bachelor’s Degree in criminal justice, public administration or related field, and ten years of progressive operational
and administrative experience in law enforcement, with at least five years in a supervisory capacity. A Master’s Degree in
business administration, public administration, or a related field is preferred.

Special Qualifications:
A driver’s license valid in the State of Florida. Must meet and maintain all City and State training and education
requirements for position, including Florida Law Enforcement Certification.
